What do u do when you are stressed out of your mind? Sometimes, situations, work, relationship, family and financial could add an ounce of stress in our life. How do u deal with it?

For the past week, every night before i close my eyes to sleep, to make myself feel better i keep thinking and imagining a better tomorrow and wishing for a star to shine. I pray for it.
I remembered i once received a forwarded mail on stress management. A story about a lecturer, when explaining stress management to an audience, she raised a glass of water and asked, "How heavy is this glass of water? " The students answered ranged from 8oz. to 20oz. The lecturer replied, "The weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long u try to hold it. If i hold it for a minute, that's not a problem. If i hold it for an hour, i'll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, u'll have to call an ambulance."
Arrggghhhh.. What talking me here now?
Well, something i did this morning when i woke up does helped me calm down a little. I make a list of my favourite things and things i wanna do, honestly it works. At least it makes me smile when i read it. I just can't wait to do it 1 by 1 soon.
The listing :)
1. Pamper myself with a long SPA. A relax aromatherapy or balinese massage, bath & scrub now on my mind.
2. Have a 24hours sleep sleep sleep.
3. Eat eat eat. Just oh.my.goodness. Craving for seafood. Yes seafood.
4. Hangout with friends. Musics and dance.
5. Some 'songing' sessions to sing my throat out.
6. Driving down somewhere with no one around and music playing.
7. Going to places where there is sun, sand & sea.
8. Receiving unexpected gift and call (good one).
9. Fondle my bulky cammie and get out to shoot again soon.
10. A trip, holiday, vacation which i need it so so so much.
11. A dive. It has been a while i have not been jumping down to the underwater world. Thirsty for salt water.
12. No work for a short while but with income.
I remembered someone told me stressed is just a desserts if i reverse it. So i think to destress i should grab some dessert now (oops! i only have vanilla & chocolate ice-cream in my fridge)

I feel stress also recently because of my work. I feel that working with my current manager really gives me alot of hectic...
BUT i tried not to think on job after work. I go to yoga everyday.. Sweat can release tension..
hopefully u can change de stressed 2 b desserts in ur life lah!

yoga.. used to.. wanted but time don't permits me.. plus getting lazier & lazier :p

If we keep our awareness high, stress and normal day irritations that life sends to our door steps has higher lessons for us to learn than we can imagine.
Make a choice. I choice to be centred inwards. You would be less affected by happenings of the outside world.
